Terms of Use

• Accounts are created by schools and teachers. Keep your password private and do not share your account.
• Tell your teacher or contact us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Schools are responsible for the accounts they create and for having permission to add their students.

• Use UPZY only for learning and teaching.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.

Books, quizzes and other learning material are provided by UPZY and by schools and teachers. Teachers who upload content confirm that they have the right to use it. You may use the material for learning, but may not copy or redistribute it without permission.

Points, badges and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Schools decide which rewards are available and may change or cancel them. Points may be adjusted if they were earned by mistake or misuse.

We work to keep UPZYavailable and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

A school can remove its students' accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can ask for your account to be deleted on our Account Deletion page.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions? Email support@upzy.in.
